You agree to use Panuka lawfully and responsibly.

You must NOT:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Interfere with platform performance or security
• Reverse engineer or misuse AI systems

Panuka AI is a powerful tool, but not an oracle carved in stone.

• AI-generated insights are informational and advisory only
• They do not replace professional agricultural, financial, or legal advice
• Decisions made based on AI outputs are your responsibility

Panuka is not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI recommendations.

Your use of Panuka is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform:

• You consent to data collection and processing as described
• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant Panuka rights to use data to provide and improve services

Where applicable:

Panuka does not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Real-time data availability (especially in offline-first scenarios)

Panuka may allow offline usage in limited scenarios.

By using offline features:

• Data may be stored locally on your device temporarily
• Synchronization occurs when connectivity is restored
• You are responsible for ensuring your device security

Panuka is not liable for data loss due to device issues or delayed synchronization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panuka shall not be liable for:

• No compensation is owed for improvements derived from feedback
